Wellcome publishes its gender pay gap

Today, we’re publishing Wellcome’s gender pay gap data. On 5 April 2017, we had a gender gap in median pay of 20.8%, slightly higher than the UK average of 18%

Today, we’re pleased to launch new Research Enrichment awards. These extend our dedicated funding for public engagement to encompass open research, and diversity and inclusion.

We’ve joined the Proud Science Alliance – a partnership between Wellcome, The Francis Crick Institute and GlaxoSmithKline – and are taking part in the Pride in London Parade on Saturday 8 July.
